The solution had to capture leads from a conversion-optimized funnel, score and prioritize them instantly, fire personalized SMS and email follow-ups automatically, and give him a single command center to manage every deal from first touch to close.

I designed and built LeadPulse from the ground up — a fullstack Next.js platform with Prisma and SQLite. The public funnel captures leads with intent, timeline, and budget fields. A scoring engine instantly rates every lead Hot, Warm, Lukewarm, or Cold. A 5-step automated follow-up engine fires instant SMS and email on capture, then nurtures over 7 days. The admin command center shows live stats, pipeline overview, and per-lead activity with stage management.
