The Challenge

Real estate agent Musab Amin was losing high-intent leads from online inquiries because follow-up was manual, slow, and inconsistent. Leads sat in email inboxes with no scoring, no pipeline tracking, and no automated nurture — meaning hot prospects went cold within minutes, especially after hours and during showings.

He needed a purpose-built system — not a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools. The solution had to capture leads from a conversion-optimized funnel, score and prioritize them instantly, fire personalized SMS and email follow-ups automatically, and give him a single command center to manage every deal from first touch to close.

Our Solution
Solution overview

I designed and built LeadPulse from the ground up — a fullstack Next.js platform with Prisma and SQLite. The public funnel captures leads with intent, timeline, and budget fields. A scoring engine instantly rates every lead Hot, Warm, Lukewarm, or Cold. A 5-step automated follow-up engine fires instant SMS and email on capture, then nurtures over 7 days. The admin command center shows live stats, pipeline overview, and per-lead activity with stage management.

LeadPulse launched as a fully functional fullstack product giving Musab Amin a complete lead automation system. Every inquiry now triggers instant follow-up within 60 seconds, leads are scored and prioritized automatically, and the 7-day nurture sequence runs without manual intervention — freeing the agent to focus on showings, negotiations, and closings.

Ali built the entire system from scratch — the funnel, scoring, automations, and dashboard. Leads get followed up instantly even when I'm in a showing. I finally have one platform that captures, scores, and nurtures every inquiry automatically.
